GMS Begins Strategic Planning Process

Gather:Make:Shelter is excited to share that we are beginning our very first strategic planning process! Over the coming months, we’ll be taking a thoughtful look at our work, our community, and our future in order to set a strong course for the years ahead.

This process will be guided by our grant writer, Anna Daedalus, who will help us bring together voices from across our community—participants, staff, board members, and partners. By listening deeply and dreaming boldly, we’ll shape a plan that reflects both our mission and the collective wisdom of those we serve and work alongside.

We look forward to sharing updates as the plan takes shape. Most importantly, we’re grateful for the creativity, generosity, and vision of everyone who makes Gather:Make:Shelter what it is. Together, we’re building not just a plan, but a stronger, more connected future.
