GMS Artists Share Work at the Beaverton City Library

Thank you to the Beaverton City Library for hosting us on January 25th for an Artist Talk!

GMS Artists Aileen McPherson, Faera J. Valore, Gloria Rodriguez and Violet Fae Rabbit shared their work and their stories about the power of creating art amidst their experiences with houselessness.

We also had the pleasure of viewing the Midsummer Night’s Dream Machine short film and our Monograph books!

The event was part of One Book, One Beaverton, for which the selected title is “Rough Sleepers” by Tracy Kidder.

The work will be on display at the library through the end of February. We hope you’ll check it out!
