New Monograph Book Celebrating Our Fashion Show

We’re delighted to share that our latest Monograph Book, Midsummer Night’s Dream Machine, is published!

Designed by our Communications Manager Brenda Bingham, Midsummer Night’s Dream Machine showcases photos and stories from the 8 months we spent working towards our fashion show event in August of 2025.

Each week we would gather, enjoy a meal, and return to our projects. We spent our Saturdays exploring everything from mannequin making and pattern drafting to outfit sketching, hemming and alterations. We learned from each other, our GMS workshop teachers, and our incredible volunteers who donated their time and skills.

Together, we encouraged and inspired one another, and created one-of-a-kind handmade garments that we are so, so proud of. Held in the South Park Blocks in August 2025 with SoundsTruck NW and the Oregon Symphony, we welcomed over 300 people to relish in our unbridled pride and joy.
